For funeral homes

A memorial for every family.

MyProViewer gives each family a memorial on your screens and a page to share. Friends add photos and condolences, the family approves them, and they play in your rooms during visitation.

How it works

Less to arrange. More to remember.

Step 1

Set it up in minutes

Answer a few questions, one at a time, or fill in the whole form: the person, a photo, the obituary, the services and the family. Or ask the family to fill in the details, and look over what they send.

Step 2

Family and friends share

Each family member gets an email with the memorial page to pass on and a private link of their own. Friends add photos and condolences on the page; the family approves what’s shared.

Step 3

On your screens

Pick a template and the rooms that show it. Approved photos and messages join the screen as they arrive, and between memorials your screens show today’s services.

For the family

Their memories, shared their way.

Families gather photos and messages from everyone who knew the person, without an app, an account or a USB stick passed around.

A page to share

The obituary, visitation and funeral times, and Photos and Condolences tabs, with your funeral home’s name and address. Public, or private for people with the link.

The family decides

Nothing shows on the page or your screens until the family or you approve it. Photos open larger but can’t be dragged or saved from the page.

Updates, only when asked

People who share or ask for updates get one email in the morning and one in the evening when something new is approved, only after confirming their address, and they can stop any time.

The things they loved

Boating, fishing, golf, gardening and more: the family picks the interests, and MyProViewer’s pictures for them join the family’s photos on your screens.

Every photo, to keep

Download every approved photo in one file, each marked with the name, dates and your logo, or send the family a link that works 5 times over 30 days.

A memorial on a memory stick

A portable player plays the memorial offline on a laptop or TV stick, with a photo folder for TVs that only show pictures from USB. For the reception, or for the family to keep.

For your funeral home

Calm screens in every room.

Your staff set up a memorial in minutes; the screens and the page look after themselves.

Four templates

Serene, Evening, Garden and Classic: a portrait, the name and dates, a few words, photo boxes and full-screen photos between them.

Today’s services

A screen showing no memorial shows the services board: today’s and the coming services, by room and time.

Every room

Up to 5 memorials open at once, more if you need them. Choose which screens show which memorial, and change it from the Screens page.

Kept with care

Shared photos are deleted 60 days after the last service, after the family has had time to download them. The page, with the main photo, obituary and messages, stays up to 5 years, or until you delete it.

Rooms close themselves

A memorial leaves your screens 7 days after the last service, and new shares stop at the date you set.

Your name on it

Your funeral home’s name and address on the page and the emails, and your logo on every downloaded photo. No outside advertising, ever.

Questions

Questions from funeral homes

Do families need an account or an app?

No. Each family member gets an email with their own private link. Friends use the memorial page’s link. Nobody signs in.

Can a memorial be private?

Yes. A private memorial can only be opened with its link, which you and the family pass on.

Who decides what’s shown?

The family, or you. Every photo and message waits for approval before it appears on the page or your screens.

What do we need for the screens?

A TV with an HDMI port and internet in each room, with a streaming device or a smart TV. Ask us about supplying players and TVs.

What languages does it work in?

Your screens and the Client App work in English, French and Spanish. The emails to families and visitors are in English for now.

Can we show our own messages too?

Yes. MyProViewer’s other tools (messages, photos, themes, news and more) can be turned on for your funeral home. Ask us.
