How to Increase Productivity in 2015

Productivity is a hot button especially as we are setting goals for the new year. In 2015, we want to help you make the most of your MyProViewer and your dental practice. Here are a few ideas we’ve come up with to help you set realistic productivity goals.

It Comes Down to Time, Resources and Roles

Once those roles are clearly defined, make sure that everyone has the tools and equipment necessary to get their work done. Productivity will never increase if time is not managed properly.

Take the time to find out how long each task/procedure actually takes. Don’t guess. If you don’t know, I bet your dental assistants do know. They are a great resource! Or, keep a log sheet to track your time.

Patients Will Notice the Difference

When your office runs like a well-oiled machine and your patients are being seen on time, your life will get a whole lot easier. Your assistants and staff will be happier and more productivity means more money in your bank account.

Where Are Your New Patients Coming From?

Increasing Patient Satisfaction with Referrals

Here’s a quick recap of what’s come before in this series on increasing patient satisfaction.

In this fourth and final installment, we want to look at how MyProViewer can increase referrals and perpetuate patient satisfaction.

If you want to build a successful practice, cultivating new relationships is key. Satisfied patients will most often result in repeat business, but first, you have to establish those new relationships. One great way to do that is to ask your current patients for referrals.
